2026–27 Season Outlook
BUYCharlotte gives Reid more room, but his fantasy appeal still starts with what he does per minute.
Naz Reid's move to Charlotte creates a new frontcourt environment for one of the league's more productive scoring bigs. His shooting allows him to stretch defenses, while his ability to score in bunches has long made him fantasy relevant even when his minutes were not ideal. A larger workload could unlock more points, rebounds and threes, but Charlotte's young frontcourt still creates competition. Reid's fantasy value has often been strongest on a per-minute basis; the question is whether his new team consistently turns that efficiency into starter-level volume.
The move creates legitimate upside without guaranteeing a completely different workload. HOLD while Charlotte defines the frontcourt.
